How can I place an order?
Browse through our products and collections. When you have found the product you would like to buy, and have selected the correct size, then simply click on ADD TO CART. If you would like to purchase more products simply click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. When you are finished and want to proceed with checkout click on CHECKOUT button. You can also click on your VIEW CART icon located on the top right to view your products and to proceed with checkout.

How will I know if my order has been received?
An automated confirmation email will be sent to you as the order is being processed.

How will I know if my order has been sent out?
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched
 
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes you can.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we ship internationally. 

What are the delivery rates?
All UK orders are free apart from our copper tree water features, for Europe £2.50 and the rest of the world £3.30

What do I do if I have received my order but an item is missing?
Please contact us on sales@copper-bracelets.com and we will have a look into this matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
In the unlikely event you receive goods in a damaged condition, you deem as of unmerchanable quality, you must notify us by e-mail, post or within seven days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase 
 
Do you accept returns for cancellations and unwanted items?
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 8 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage.
 
How do I return items?

When will my purchase be delivered?
All our bracelets are delivered within 3days, our copper tree water features are made to order and are usually delivered within 7 days. Delivery time for orders outside the UK will take longer.

How will my purchases be delivered?
We use Royal Mail to send out all orders.
